  FREIGHT SERVICES IN AFGHANISTAN 
 

Apart from providing services within Pakistan, we are handling transit shipments to Afghanistan via Karachi Port & Islamabad Airport. These transit shipments to Afghanistan can be delivered in any major city of Afghanistan. The shipments may consist of household goods and personal effects to food items, and from vehicles to machinery equipment used in the reconstruction process of Afghanistan. The shipment will be removed from Pakistan under a bond. It will be our responsibility to take the transit permission from customs, prepare all documentation, arrange bonded transportation, custom clear the sea shipments at the Karachi port and transport the items to the final destination. For your information, the following is the required documentation for Transit of shipments to Afghanistan

Commercial Aid/Cargo
Imports permit (Issued by the Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan). Original Bill of Lading duly endorsed by the consignee. Commercial Invoice. Packing List. NOC from Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan (In case of AID cargo). Authority Letter from the consignee in favor of Transpack. Undertaking from the consignee that the goods belong to him. If any other document(s) is required, it will be advised later.

 Diplomatic Household Goods & Personal Effects:
Imports permit (Issued by the Federal Board f Revenue, Government of Pakistan). Original Bill of Lading duly endorsed by the consignee. Commercial Invoice. Packing List. NOC from Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan (In case of AID cargo). Authority Letter from the consignee in favor of Transpack. Undertaking from the consignee that the goods belong to him. If any other document(s) is required, it will be advised later.

The Original Bill of Lading and the Airway Bill should be in the name of the consignee in Afghanistan clearly mentioning in bold "GOODS IN TRANSIT TO AFGHANISTAN".
